We here at the Raleigh Distance Project love Kombucha. So much so that it has burned a whole in our pockets. When we came across Tribucha and were instantly in love. A local brand making some of the best tasting Kombucha around, we call that a win-win. Kombucha is loaded with health benefits that help to keep us healthy year round. The antioxidants & probiotics help promote a healthy gut which ultimately keeps us sound in body and mind. Tribucha is active in the local community so look out for their product in stores or join us at one of their numerous events!

We LOVE using the ElliptiGO for all of our cross training needs. Whether it be indoor on the trainer or out on the streets & greenways, the ElliptiGO is the best tool simulating running without the impact. The stride length is longer than that of the Elliptical and unlike biking, it uses the same muscles and muscles patterns as running. We love using it as a part of our training as it mimics the perfect stride!
