Join us every Thursday for a group run from Happy+Hale starting at 6:30AM. The distance will vary but we will always have 3 and 5 mile routes. Run Raleigh PT is our go to for care and the team currently works with the associated Strength Trainer, Angela Angeles of Catalyze Fitness.

Top of the line equipment, some of the best group fitness classes including spin classes, yoga, and les mills workouts, and a large community of support. We LOVE using the ElliptiGO for all of our cross training needs. Whether it be indoor on the trainer or out on the streets & greenways, the ElliptiGO is the best tool to simulate running without the impact. The stride length is longer than that of the Elliptical and unlike biking, it uses the same muscles and muscles patterns as running. We love using it as a part of our training as it mimics the perfect stride!
